All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Processing time includes verifying payment, carefully inspecting each item to ensure it meets our quality standards, and packaging your products securely. Given the small, delicate nature of our accessories—from compact coin purses to slim card holders and key purses with hardware—we use specialized packaging to prevent damage during transit. Each item is wrapped in soft tissue paper and placed in a sturdy, padded envelope or small box to protect against scratches, scuffs, or damage to zippers, key rings, or embellishments. We pay extra attention to delicate details, ensuring that hardware remains intact and fabrics stay free from snags. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and any orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day. We offer two shipping options to suit your needs: standard and expedited. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, with delivery times ranging from 1–3 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s government. These fees are not included in the shipping cost or order total, and we are not responsible for calculating or collecting these fees. Delivery times for international orders vary by country, typically ranging from 7–14 business days, but may take longer due to customs delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order has been shipped. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate. We do not offer shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible—we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
